My role
As Senior Product Designer, I took the lead in the end-to-end design process, assuring usability, stakeholder alignment, and design consistency with other TiVo products. I worked closely with my team to orchestrate concepts and craft an evolving design system, user flows, and final screens.
The process
I started by partnering with the research team and contributed to important areas of the discovery phase, including reviewing user data, contributing to competitive analysis, delivering materials, and observing user testing sessions.
